What's new: None

Fixed:

NPC Chang E's blessing is fixed. Known to log out certain classes upon taking blessing.
Event Boss's strength has been downgraded and spawn location has been increased to appear randomly.
Lieyan skill effect has been fixed to coexist with Wuhun blessing.
Fenghua Kingdom transcript Item mall is back to original listed price of 30 AP.
