Soldier System Guide
I'll list everything that I know about the soldier system down below. Help is appreciated since I'll miss a lot of info for this area.

Mechanics
1. Soldiers can't be deployed if they are in a higher level than you, not enough CHA, 0 loyalty, disobedient or dead.
2. If a character and their soldier are at the same level, the soldier will not outlevel the toon. Soldier's exp will remain at 99% until the toon has been leveled up.
3. Soldiers don't lose EXP when they die, except for only loyalty.

Soldier's Loyalty
The loyalty system for the soldier will determine their will to fight for you. Loyalty will only decrease only be death rather than losing 1 loyalty point hourly in past version of the game. Whenever your soldiers die, they will randomly lose an amount of 10 - 30 loyalty points.

If the loyalty of a soldier should fall at 40 or below, upon reviving the soldier, there is a chance that the soldier may become disobedient. When disobedient, you will no longer be able to deploy the soldier into battle.

Note: If you are using Mounted soldiers such as the Light Cavilers & Mounted Archers double the CHA that is listed.
Heroic soldiers is a sub-class that differs from the regular classes. They take up 2 soldier slots and double the CHA of a regular soldier, the same as Cavs.
